Our History

My family has been HATCH chile lovers for years. In late August and early September the aroma of roasted green chiles permeates the air throughout the Hatch New Mexico region.

When Harvesting season was over, I wanted to create a product that would still allow us to enjoy the flavors of Hatch chiles year around.  What could I do to continue satisfying our CRAVINGS? Aha, my Gourmet Roasted Hatch Green Chile Butter was the answer.
